People Who Do focuses on those who excel at moving forward throughout their passions in life, why is it important to you to “do”?
Doing is how you grow, it's how you become who you are meant to be!
To date, what accomplishments are you most proud of?
I am most proud of the community we have created through Y7. I am so inspired by my clients, our instructors and everyone who is a part of our family. We all share the same inclusive mindset when it comes to yoga and how we try to live our lives.
#1 motivating mantra to get through tough moments.
"It's like this now". One of my instructors and dear friend Kristen said this to me and every time I am having a hard day or am disappointed about something I remember this and know that, well, this is how it is now and I can only move forward.
